Q: When should I buy my gown?
A: Our dresses are made to order and usually take 8-10 weeks to complete, so we suggest buying it no less than 3 months in advance to ensure you have time for any alternations that may be necessary. That said, if you need it made sooner let us know, if we can help we will!
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We suggest getting a tape measure and comparing to our size guide. If you have questions let us know, we’d be happy to help!
Q: Do you make custom gowns?
A: Absolutely! We offer a variety of custom gown options from mild alterations (which are free) to gowns created from images and totally bespoke design services with Christina, Rebecca and the design team. Q: Can I see the gowns in real life?
A: The way we keep our prices so low is by not having a store front, so we can pass on the savings to you. However we do offer appointment-only fittings at our London studio, and we travel and host trunk shows occasionally in the UK and US. Q: My Wedding is coming up soon, do you offer rush orders?
A: While all our gowns are cut to order, we can always try and help speed things up. Please email us at email@example.com and we will see if we can help!
Q: What if I don’t love it?
A: We want every bride to feel her gown is the perfect choice, and we know what a hard decision it can be. That’s why we offer a full refund policy if shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Find out more about our shipping and return policies here.
